Due to the nature of beauty services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns.

All digital products, online courses, and educational materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit or full charge.
